I was very skeptic of the Ped Egg when I first heard of it and saw the commercials, but quickly I got over that and had to check it out for myself.
You can also purchase a Platinum Ped Egg (the black one) that costs a few dollars more is marketed for Men because it is slightly larger. A word of warning, the Platinum Ped Egg takes different cartridges also. I would recommend the Pink Ped Egg however. Part of the proceeds go to help fighting breast cancer, and of course its pink! Who doesn’t want a pink Ped Egg?! I think it is the best way to spend your money as it is going to a good cause as well.
Ok, lets get down to the Ped Egg Reviews. When I purchased it online, it took about 4 days to arrive to my door, which was really surprising. I am glad I ordered online because you don’t have to deal with the phone reps that are trying to get you to buy everything else on the planet! I opened up the package as soon as I got home to look it over and just see what it was all about. It looks kind of scary when you first look at it. The precision micro-files are very rough looking and seems like they would hurt. However, this was far from the truth, the Ped Egg was very gentle on your skin and didn’t even scratch me! I mean, they even go and use it on a balloon in the commercials and it doesn’t pop! Anyway, after I opened it up I went to town on my dry feet.
When using the Ped Egg is takes a little bit of work to get it ust right, but when you do it works like a charm. The overall feel of it is great, it fits right in your hand very well (I even have tiny hands). Take your time with it on your heels though, it can be a little bit of a pain to get it to scrape right. When you finally get it going, it will take all of your dry, dead skin right off! No more calluses for me as the Ped Egg just got rid of them real easily. It took me about 10 minutes to do both of me feet, but it was well worth it. After I did it all, I had to open it up and see what was inside because of the commercials. Ew! It was so disgusting, but so amazing at the same time. i couldn’t imagine that came from my feet. It was like a sand storm of nastiness. Anyway, you don’t want to hear about that. I took the time to let it do its work and I was very happy I did.
Overall I would definitely recommend the Ped Egg. Shoot for the pink one because your money goes to a good cause and just enjoy it. It is well worth the $9.99 and can make you feel much better about your feet and yourself in general. I am going to challenge you to try it for yourself, you wont be disappointed, I promise!
